The EDI 214 process will undergo the following changes:
- Edits to send Arrival updates before Departure updates for a stop.
- Fix for issue where TMW has 2 stops and Ceva has only 1, causing the times to improperly update in Ceva's system.

These changes affect only Honda information. No other customer's files will be affected.
